How to request
deletion
Send an email to privacy@folner.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and the email address associated with your account. That is all we need.
We will confirm receipt within 24 hours and complete the deletion within 48 hours. You will receive written confirmation when the process is done.
What gets
deleted
When you request deletion, we remove your account data, full usage history, contact form submissions, and all stored preferences. We purge every system, including backups, within 30 days.
What we must
retain
Legal obligations may require us to retain billing records and legally mandated audit logs for up to 7 years. We will tell you exactly what is retained and why when we confirm your deletion request.
Automated
deletion
Inactive accounts are automatically purged after 24 months of inactivity. You can also delete your account directly from your account settings at any time, no email required.
