01: Grant of License
What this
license covers
Folner grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our applications for personal or internal business use. You may not sublicense, sell, or redistribute.
This license is personal to you. It does not transfer to another person or entity without written consent from Folner. Using the software constitutes acceptance of these terms.
What you
may not do
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software. You may not use our platform to build a competing product. You may not remove any proprietary notices or trademarks from any copy of the software.
Who owns
what
All code, design, trademarks, and content are the exclusive property of Folner. Your content and data remain yours. We claim no rights to anything you create using our tools. Your IP is your IP, full stop.
Updates and
changes
We may update applications automatically. Material changes to this EULA will be communicated with 30 days notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Termination
of license
This license terminates immediately if you breach any term. Upon termination, delete all copies of the software. Folner may terminate or suspend access at any time with reasonable notice, unless the breach is severe.
Limitation
of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Folner is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the prior 12 months. This does not affect statutory rights.
