What we collect
& why it matters
We collect only what we need to operate and improve Folner. No tracking pixels. No fingerprinting. No cross-site surveillance. Every data point has a purpose. You can see exactly what that purpose is.
When you reach out or create an account, you share your name and email. Our servers log standard browser metadata. That's the complete list.
Why we use
your data
We use information to build better products, respond to your questions, maintain platform security, and meet our legal obligations. No advertising. No profiling. No automated decisions about you.
We never sell
your data
Sharing occurs only in three narrow cases: with service providers operating on our behalf under strict agreements, when legally required, or in a business transfer, with advance notice and the same protections.
How we
protect it
AES-256 encryption at rest. TLS 1.3 in transit. Access controls limited to personnel who need it to do their job. Regular security reviews. If a breach ever occurs, you'll be notified within 72 hours.
How long
we keep it
We hold personal data only as long as necessary. Account data for 1 year after last activity. Analytics logs for 90 days. Account data deleted within 30 days of a deletion request. You can request deletion at any time.
