Tailor FitShort version: everything Tailor Fit saves lives inside your own Wix site, in app collections that only you and the app can read. Shoppers stay anonymous: their measurements are used in their browser to suggest a size and are never sent or saved. We use no cookies, no trackers, no advertising and no outside servers.
Who we are
Tailor Fit is built and operated by Folner ("we", "us"). For the data described here, you, the store owner, are the controller and we act as your processor, running only on the Wix platform. Wix's own handling of your account is covered by the Wix Privacy Policy.
Data stored in your site
When you use the dashboard, Tailor Fit saves the following in your site's Wix Data, in collections owned by the app:

These collections are private to your site. Shoppers cannot read them directly; the storefront receives only the published chart and settings it needs to display.
Shopper data
- Measurements entered in Find My Size are compared with the chart in the shopper's browser. They are not sent to Folner, to Wix, or to you, and they are not saved.
- Size insights count how often a chart is opened and which size was suggested, as daily totals per chart. No name, email, IP address, device ID, member ID or order is recorded, so totals cannot be linked to a person.
- Remembered preferences: if you turn on "remember last choice", the shopper's browser keeps their preferred unit (cm or in) and tab in its own local storage. It never leaves the device and holds no personal data.
- Tailor Fit sets no cookies and uses no analytics, pixels or advertising tools.
Catalog access
With your permission at install, the app reads your Wix Stores products and categories (names, images, prices, stock status and categories) so you can find and attach charts by name. It reads basic information about the app installation, such as your plan, to unlock the right features. It does not read orders, customers, contacts, payments or member accounts, and it never changes your products.
What we never do
- Sell, rent or share your data or your shoppers' data.
- Use your data for advertising or to train AI models.
- Send data to servers outside the Wix platform.
- Access your data except when you ask us to help with a support request.
Retention and deletion
- Your charts, assignments, guides and settings are kept for as long as the app is installed, so your work is never lost.
- Size insights older than 90 days are removed automatically.
- You can delete any chart, guide or assignment at any time in the dashboard.
- When you uninstall Tailor Fit, the app automatically removes every record it created in your site: charts, assignments, change history, guides, settings and insights.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR, UK GDPR and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you may ask to access, correct, export or erase data. Because store data lives in your own site, you can view, export or delete it from your Wix dashboard at any time. If a shopper contacts you, note that Tailor Fit holds no data that identifies them. For anything else, email us and we will reply within 30 days.
Security
Tailor Fit runs entirely on Wix's infrastructure. Dashboard changes require a signed in site owner or collaborator, all traffic is encrypted, and the app's collections are restricted so only the app and your site's authorised people can change them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. For material changes we will also tell you in the app dashboard before they take effect.
