By accessing folner.com you agree to these terms. They cover how you may use our site, what content you can create, what we own, what you own, and what happens when things go wrong. We've written them to be read, not buried.

Folner is a product development company building software products, operated under Indian law. These terms apply to everyone who visits folner.com or uses any product we build.

may use Folner

You may browse, share, and link to our content for lawful purposes. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, frame, or use our platform to build a competing service. Respectful use only.

Who owns
what

Folner owns its brand, platform technology, and all software we build. You own everything you bring. Your content, your data, your intellectual property. We will never claim ownership of what is yours.

Your Work is Yours

Our liability
is limited

Folner products are provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or data loss outside our reasonable control. Our maximum liability is capped at the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months. We're transparent about this.

Jurisdiction
& disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. We're committed to resolving disputes fairly and swiftly. Email us before filing anything.

Termination
& changes

Either party may end this agreement at any time. We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Material changes are emailed directly to partners. Continued use after the notice period means acceptance.

Service Scope
Folner builds and operates software products for professional use under these terms.
Acceptable Use
Lawful, respectful use only. No scraping, reverse-engineering, or competitive cloning.
IP Ownership
You own your content and data. Folner owns its platform, software, and technology.
User Content
Content you submit remains yours. We process it only to provide the service you requested.
Warranty
Folner is provided as-is, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Liability Cap
Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Termination
Either party may end the agreement at any time. Surviving clauses remain in effect.
Jurisdiction
Indian law governs. Disputes resolved in courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
