LintelThe service
Lintel ("the app") is provided by Folner ("we", "us") through the Wix App Market. It lets you create announcements, schedule them, choose the pages and devices they show on, design the bar, and show it at the top or bottom of your Wix site. Your use of Wix itself is governed by the Wix Terms of Use.
Plans and billing
- Lintel offers a free plan, a Pro plan billed monthly or yearly, and a one time Lifetime plan. Every new site gets a 7 day trial of Pro with no card needed. Current features and prices are shown on the app's listing and on the Plans screen in the app.
- Paid plans are sold, billed and renewed by Wix. Cancellations and refunds follow Wix's App Market billing terms and are managed from your Wix account under Billing and Payments.
- Lifetime covers every Pro feature, now and in the future, for the one site it was bought for, for as long as Lintel is offered. It does not move to another site.
- If a Pro plan or trial ends, nothing you created is deleted. The bar shows one announcement and your other announcements, designs and schedules are kept for when you upgrade.
- We may change features or prices for future billing periods. Price changes never affect a plan you have already paid for, and we will give notice in the app first.
Your content
You own the announcements, links and text you add. You give us permission to store and display them only to run the app for your site. You are responsible for your content, including the accuracy of offers, prices and dates you announce. How data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content, to link to harmful sites, to interfere with the app or with other sites, to reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows, or to get around plan limits.
Availability
We work to keep Lintel fast and available, and the bar is built to keep its last good content if a connection drops, so it never blocks your site. The app depends on the Wix platform, and we cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may update the app to improve it or to keep it compatible with Wix.
Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits or lost sales. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for Lintel in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending use
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your Wix site. We may suspend access if these terms are seriously breached, and will tell you why when we can.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Please email us first; most questions can be settled quickly. If we update these terms, we will change the date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app.
