LintelGet started in three steps
1. Install
The bar appears across the top of every page right away, with sample messages. Open Lintel from your Wix dashboard.
2. Write
Choose Create announcement, or start from a template. Add a message, emoji, badge and button, then Publish.
3. Set when and where
Use Scheduling for dates, repeats and countdowns, and Target pages for the pages and devices it shows on.
Common questions
My announcement is not showing
Open Overview. Needs attention lists anything that stops a message from showing, such as an end date in the past, a start date in the future, or page rules that match no page, and most can be fixed in one click. Also check that the announcement is published, not a draft, and switched on.
The bar is not on my site at all
In Settings, check that Show the bar is on. If you removed the bar in the Editor, add the Lintel bar back from Add elements, then publish your site.
How do I show a message only on some pages?
Open Target pages, choose Specific pages, then pick from your real pages or use a quick pick like Shop page or Hide at checkout. The page tester shows what any page will display before you save.
Can I undo a change?
Yes. After deleting an announcement, choose Undo in the message that appears. You can also export all announcements to a file at any time and import them later.
Two people edited at the same time
Lintel notices when settings were changed somewhere else and asks before saving, so nobody's work is overwritten.
Which languages are supported?
The dashboard is available in English, Spanish and French. Announcements show exactly as you write them, in any language.
Plans and billing
Every new site gets 7 days of Pro free, with no card needed. Free shows one live announcement with every design control. Pro, at $9.99 a month or $7.99 a month billed yearly, adds unlimited live announcements, scheduling, countdowns, targeting, split tests, import and bulk edits. Lifetime is $199 once for one site. Upgrade from the Plans screen in the app; manage or cancel Pro from your Wix account under Billing and Payments. For refunds, email billing@folner.com and we will help.
